Won the third prize of Hebei Province Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023
On the morning of September 2, 2023, the Provincial Science and Technology Conference and the Hebei Province Science and Technology Awards Conference were held in Shijiazhuang City. The conference awarded the 2023 Hebei Science and Technology Award, and the research project "Heavy duty Friction Pair Technology and Industrialization of Large Mining Machinery" led by Zhao Zhanming, Chairman and General Manager of Shijiazhuang Ideal Automotive Parts Co., Ltd., won the third prize of Hebei Science and Technology Progress Award in 2023.
This research achievement was jointly completed by the R&D team led by Zhao Zhanming and the XCMG mining machine R&D team. This project solves the problems of insufficient bearing capacity, short service life, poor lubrication effect, early bite, whistling, abnormal noise and short oil injection interval of low-speed heavy-duty friction pairs in large mining machinery, and breaks the international monopoly of shaft sleeve technology.
The project has developed a new honeycomb type shaft sleeve for heavy-duty friction pairs in large-scale mining machinery, specialized equipment for the honeycomb type shaft sleeve, wear-resistant coatings with different ratios on the inner surface of the shaft sleeve, and double-layer composite wear-resistant technology, forming a core technology with independent intellectual property rights.
The project achievements have filled the gap in the domestic cellular sleeve field and broken the international monopoly; Implemented industrialized mass production of honeycomb covers, replacing imports; Made up for the shortcomings of China's mining machinery low-speed heavy-duty friction pair industry; Promoted the transformation and upgrading of large-scale mining machinery in China.
